GRTC instructors offer a wide range of classes, where all levels are catered-for. But if you’re a total beginner then we will soon offer classes online to help you learn the basics. The warm ups and much more are available now on our Instagram.
Our instructors have studied to a high level with Caroline Ross, founder of GRTC and with renowned T’ai Chi Master Mark Raudva, principal of The T’ai Chi Centre. Mark was a long time student of Dr John Kells who founded the BTCCA, the oldest T’ai Chi association in the UK, and who was the senior student of Dr Chi Chiang-Tao.
