New classes! After a sabbatical, I have resumed teaching T’ai Chi, Heartwork and Chi Kung online. The next online classes will begin in autumn 2025, you can register your interest by signing up for free here. I will also be teaching in person classes for beginners in the north of England from the autumn, after I move.
